Simply add to the cart & purchase a $0 voucher to apply. After payment, you'll be sent the application process & if approved to move forward with a lease, you'll be sent your lease within 2 business days.
Non-refundable deposits towards last month's rent are to be made directly to the | w to secure your room.
You will be placed on a first-come basis based on the date of your voucher.
